These next 2 cuts were from a radio station contest here in Austin Texas, 2003, where I won “Best Classic Rock Guitar Player” and the radio station put together a whole group called “The Undercovers” Lead Vocal - Robert Wagner, Drums - Cory Cook, Bass - David Lucas, and Lead Guitar - Yours Truly :). Go figure. My friend Glenn Page told me at the time, “Z102.3 Classic Rock station was having a guitar contest, and that I should join, and win it!” I told him, “You’re NuTs!!!, there are more than 5000 guitar players in Austin!!!, and my hair isn’t long enough!!!” LaUgHs Well, I win the damn thing!!! DoUbLe LaUgHs I guess my hair was long enough! Anyway, the station put us on the radio live! What a BlAsT! It was a total GaS!
